3 Time-Saving Questions for your Wedding Photographer

Hey Lovelies, are you engaged or know someone who is? You have come to the right place! Can you guess my 3 Time-Saving Questions you may not have thought to ask your photographer? Check it out below and I would love to hear if you guessed correctly!

Do you provide a Photography Shoot schedule for the day?

This is absolutely necessary for an organized Wedding Day. Many years of experience have taught me time management for this very reason. As your wedding photographer, I incorporate your requests and make a custom schedule just for your wedding day. This allows the bridal party and family to know exactly when to arrive without peppering the bride with questions. Not every Wedding Day will go according to plan, but it’s important to be prepared and be flexible.

Do you attend the Rehearsal?

Absolutely! I love the fun, comfortable atmosphere of the rehearsal. This allows the bridal party and family to know who the professional photographer is for the Wedding Day. It also alleviates questions and an opportunity to announce the schedule for the following day. This is not included in the Wedding Package but can be purchased for an additional fee.

How do you conduct your consultations?

If possible I set up a face-to-face meeting, this alleviates misunderstands, allows for contracts to be signed without delay, and deposits placed securely. Whether in the comfort of my studio or coffee shop this is always a great way to connect.

However, if your schedule does not allow, contracts can be emailed and Venmo’s sent for placing a deposit as well as a Zoom or FaceTime set up to answer any remaining questions. Either way, you will receive the same great customer service.

I hope this was helpful and I would love to hear any time-saving questions you would add to this list; I am always looking to educate my clients. Comment and share with your engaged friends!

Until next month lovelies,

Klassic Photography
